Mushy....crushy!

Ten years ago -

My cousin brother who was 5 years old came to me & said, "Akka, (elder sis) u know my mridangam teachers' grand daughter is just sooooooooo cute & I love her!" And I am zapped!

Then he added, "whenever I go for my class she is sleeping & she looks so sweet!" I am still speechless.

Further he says " Her bday party is there this weekend."

Me - How old is she?
He - She is turning 2!

Me - Does ur mom know that u like her?
He - hush hush! *Closing my mouth* No! Dont tell her pls! Promise ok??!

A year ago -

My son tells me - "Amma, this girl is my class is just so cute esp when she smiles!" Hmmmm, already?! ;)

Now when did u've your first crush? And how?! And yes, which is ur most memorable & favourite one?!

As for me, my first crush was when I was in class 4. I thot a world of the school captain! Tho I have never spoken to him, I thot he was damn impressive!!! I was his secret admirer!!! *blush*

And the most memorable one is the one with my hubby, which was ofcourse more than a crush! :D

    hey nice one!!
    My first crush has to be Aamir Khan.Saw QSQT and got hooked.

    And then I had this massive crush on Goran Ivanisevic and I was heart broken all the three times he lost in the finals and cried like a fool when he won the wimbledon finally.

    I never had a crush on my husband, I just found out one day that I was in love and couldn't do without him.He realized it much earlier I guess.

    hhmmm.. my first crush was a guy who lived in our next lane. Me in class 4th or 5th and he in his final year engineering, stopped dreaming after his marraige... After that, I have had a lot of crushes ranging from 1 second to 1 hour to 1 day... :-). My would-be teases me about my flash come and flash go crushes :-)).

    Looking at all comments seems like I was too late in having my first crush...I think my first crush was sometime in 9th or 10th std. She was 5yrs elder to me. After that I had frequent change of crushs like a neighbourhood gal, French teacher, A gal in EEE dept in my college... the list is never ending...

    First crush....hmmmm...it was in 3rd std.Oh...her one smile drove me mad.Adukuapparam till now so many crushes happened...and happening..but can never forget her :-)

    i am just reminded of appu kamal who was of my height those days ; )
    still the passion continues for that my father aged hero !!

    i used to cry when kamal cries in that song (unnai ninaichaen)... i used to just hate that tall kamal for no reason those days... also rupini ! i very well remember me getting out of my seat and standing and seeing the movie peeping above the chair b4 :D

    i even liked the guy who was an all rounder in our class... but i just wanted to be like him... but not exactly kind of this...

    Ahhhh.. u ppl had crush so soon???? the oldest crush i can remember having is in my 11th class!!!! OMG, i used to rave abt this tall, handsome guy... intially my frnd thot i was goin nuts, 'coz they thot he wasnt all that smart... later, he came 2nd in our 12th guys rating!!! Then, i dunno wat.. so many girls began tryin to get behind him.. so, i got irritated :P

    I am said to have kissed the neighbor through the fence when I was five, but have no memory of this. Could be my older siblings made this up, or set me up? The first crush I remember is six grade (12 y/o maybe)and I used to hold my "boyfriends" tie while he played with the other boys during recess. We shared on quick kiss at the end of the school year (on a dare mind you) and when we came back in the fall to begin junior high the magic just wasn't there anymore. Sigh!

    Maybe I should say that my most memorable love was/is my current husband, but that isn't true. My most memorable one is with a guy that was nine years younger than me, that came into my life when I needed someone just for me. The reason it is memorable is because of how unselfishly I loved him, no demands, no restrictions, and I just never got angry with him. I still can't figure this out. If I believed in past lives, I would think that we had been mom and son together before and that is why I felt the way I did about him. Of course the relationship was too one sided to last, and it didn't, but I still liked the person I was when I was with him, and use that for a guide today. I still like who I am the best when I am treating anyone with the amount of unconditional love and respect that I gave to him.

    I really dont recall. I am sure i wd have had one.

    But my 10 year son claims that he is never going to marry, though he has many girl friends. His teacher says girls are always willing to help him and cover up for him and makes him sit next to a boy so that he gets to do his stuff!!

    my fiancee was my best friend's crush..;).. tht was the way he came to our notice.. but as we find out he is senti on me.. she simply passed it to me.. at tht time it was just fun..but dnt know when it became serious.. she asked me to go for him..he proposed..i accepted.. now after nearly four years we are getting married..:)

    I think I had my first crush in grade 5.This kid in my class was really cute.he would follow me on the playground.In my mind This was the kid I wanted to marry.the next year his dad was transfered and he moved away.and so the crush ended.:(

    H2bee: Endha crush dhan solradhu. My first crush was at 6th grade with my fellow classmate. He was the best for me and I never let other girls to hang with him. We always went together either to pick some notes or play gmaes.
    Know wat, he later endedup going to a different school next year. Missed him, but such a cute kid grrrr.. Wonder what he is doing now :-)))))

    my first crush was in lkg with ramya - ehieheihe then in 1st &2nd std it was rani, , 3rd std it was soumya 4&5th it was lawanya ; 6th it was vidhya lakshmi - 7 it was poornima 8,9,10 it was neeraja - 11&11, Iyear college it was reena ( she was a crush even after my job she was the longest crush till she got married in 2002- from 1994) 2nd eng - 3rd year of college - krithiga - 4th year it was lakshmi ( my junior) 1st year of work - reena very seriously - after that let it be censored for time being - will share it public when i am at 60s heiehei in these 6 years too many crush, flirts, hanging around dating.. so let them be only in my mind. not to be disclosed :D now.. but at my age of 60s
